The programme:

Friday: Arrival 15-1830h, 19-2030 short individual meetings with the instructor followed by dinner.

Saturday: 7-9 breakfast, 10-12 Group session, 12-14 lunch, 14-20 individual meetings, 2030 dinner

Sunday: 9-10 breakfast, 10-12 individual meetings, 12 checkout

The Location:

Ferme du Fiouzaire, a 2 hectare property 30 minutes from Toulouse, right on El Camino (Route de Saint Jacques) nestled in the rolling hills of the Gers.

Lodging:

In gites on site.

Meals (optional):

Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner, Sunday: breakfast

Transport:

30 minutes by car or taxi from TLS Blagnac airport, 8 minutes from the Gare de L’Isle Jourdain (pickup available).

Prices:

255 euros includes: instruction, lodging (double occupancy), breakfast

315 euros includes: all of the above with single occupancy.

Non-participating guests: 75 euros including lodging and breakfast

all gites have cooking facilities, meals are optional and cost 90 euros per guest for the weekend.

Host:

Julia Eross, who runs the gites and Ferme du Fiouzaire as an organic permaculture family farm.

Activities:

For non-participating guests, the area offers wakeboarding, tennis, golf, horse riding, an open air market Saturday morning, museums, concerts and shopping in Toulouse, including Airbus museum, the Musée de l’Espace, meeting with donkeys at the Asinerie d’Embazac, meals and concerts at Ferme de Choucou.
